Job Description


We are looking for a person who wants a place to use his/her passion for helping others while having fun in a team environment.

Position is responsible for managing tax preparers and other staff in a seasonal tax office, execution of key metrics and managing client relationships.

Candidates must be interested in boosting income potential by becoming a licensed health insurance agent to assist clients in obtaining health insurance thru the Affordable Care Act (ACA).



Successful candidates possess these character traits and skills:

Motivated and flexible

Ability to work independently

Delegates effectively and follows up

Good organizational and communication skills

Positive attitude

Ability to prioritize responsibilities

Strong customer service skills

Must have at least three years experience managing people.  No previous tax experience required.



We provide the opportunity to work full-time during Tax Season but have maximum flexibility the remainder of the year when our offices operate on an abbreviated schedule.
