Sales Development Representative

We are currently looking for dynamic, high-energy, and driven professionals with strong business acumen and a proven track record of initiating and establishing new business relationships to increase revenue for the sales team.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be at the forefront of Ampy’s expansion strategy. Prospecting and contacting potential clients, you will be our brand ambassador, educating prospects about the power that our solutions provides their social and analytics needs. Your dedication to our product and brand is of the utmost importance, so a passion for our technology will be the defining characteristic that sets you apart from the candidate pool.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect and provide consultative information regarding technology solutions
  • Build and maintain client base, with a strong sense of customer satisfaction
  • Respond to and qualify incoming inquiries
  • Achieve monthly of quota of calls, appointment making, and sales revenues
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities for VP of Sales
  • Provide high quality service to our clients
  • Maintain accurate and timely forecast that is kept up to date as the opportunity progresses through the sales cycle
  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with all colleagues and customers
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide an exceptional client experience

 

Requirements:

  • 1 year or more of relatable experience
  • Experience in a consultative selling role
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Resilient attitude
  • Self directed worker with track record of successful, credible lead follow up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization
  • Time and territory management; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
  • Ability to work in a high energy sales team environment; team player who thrives in collaborative environment
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Familiar with business level CRM (salesforce.com or ZOHO a plus)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
