Position Summary: Seek out and interact with Customers to identify their Wireless needs. Model behavior that is energetic, enthusiastic and outgoing. Be passionate about technology and have a good understanding of cellular platforms and operating systems such as iOS and Android. Build client list and be responsible for following up with clients regularly regarding upgrades, new phones, and new services. - Engage Customers outside of Home Electronics by discussing wireless options and close the discussion with a sale of hardware and add-on items
- Meet sales goals, display merchandise, and assist Customers in such a manner as to create a desire for the products and/or services, as well as responsibly perform operational functions
- Create a client database and notify clients of upcoming upgrades and/or new devices
- Train Home Electronics team members on carrier phone services and cell phone basics during team meetings
- Develop special in-store events in coordination with the store management and the carriers to drive activations
- Ensure profitability of location by deterring fraudulent activations and communicating these activities to the Cell Phone Buying team
- Perform cashier functions
- Audit and adjust signage daily based on updated information from the Cell Phone Buying Team
- Report store daily sales activities to the Main Office cell phone buying team
