Seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for an exciting career opportunity!

The Assistant Kitchen Manager is responsible for the management of a high volume kitchen, mentoring staff, writing schedules, hands-on involvement with inventory controls, food/labor cost, and kitchen sanitation. The Assistant Kitchen Manager is accountable for all daily operations in the absence of the Kitchen Manager.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience successfully managing medium to high-volume, restaurants. Candidates should have good energy, be versed in writing schedules, have experience meeting budgeted labor and food costs as well as motivate and develop staff.
