Job Title:
Junior Clinic Administrator (Full-time)

Reports To: Clinic Administrator/Franchise Owner

Pay: Per hour

Function: Assists in the daily operations of the clinic

Principle Duties:

  • Providing excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting
  • appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and selling memberships.
  • Assists in maintaining professional front desk and reception area.
  • Assists in administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, member maintenance, and data entry of client records and customized experience forms.
  • Assists in maintaining cleanliness of clinic.
  • Manages clinic in absence of Clinic and Assistant Clinic Administrator.
  • Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management.

Top Priorities:

  • Ensure great customer experiences
  • Focus on daily key performance indicators to drive profitability
  • Coach and train sales associates and therapists on sales process
  • Maintain an impeccable, clean clinic
  • Close 25% or greater membership sales


Experience required for Junior Clinic Administrator

  • Successful candidates are outgoing, talkative and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Customer service and sales experience preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits,
  • and clinic policies and procedures
  • Ability to work independent of upper management
  • Management experience helpful
  • Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast past environment.
  • Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with
  • clients, clinic management and sales staff
  • Able to work flexible days and hours, including nights and weekends
