Job Description
As a Shift Manager or Assistant Manager you are responsible for the efficient operation of the restaurant or shift.
Duties
Responsibilities include, but are not limited too: correcting out-of- line efficiencies, customer services, ensuring employee's are at their work stations at all times, ensuring that customers are greeted properly, and customer complaints. Other duties include: quality control of all products served and customer satisfaction.
Shift Manager: The job duties described will be performed by the shift manager under the direction of a general manager or assistant manager during peak revenue period.
Assistant Managers will handle other assignments and special projects as directed. Job requirements
Must have at least one year of restaurant or retail management experience. Strong People Oriented Leadership skills. Excellent communication skills. Drive and determination. Sound decision making and problem solving. Desire for personal and professional growth.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
Schedule encompasses all shifts, including nights and weekends.
