Job Description

Singerman Entertainment is looking for a DETAILED oriented person with the ability to set up and run a small office as well as having Para Legal skills.

Setting up systems where all managers are able to telecommute , as well as maintain all contracts, records, etc.. in one central location.

Word, Excel, Power Point etc, are a must. Coordinating the master calendar for all managers and bands, Setting up and taking notes on conference calls. Once you've transcribed the notes from the call, send out detailed assignments and follow up on the completion of those assignments. Write letters, set up travel, answer phones, fielding band members calls and following up on their requests.  Any web and graphic experience would be a great plus?


Singerman Entertainment is a MUSIC management company, so this job won't require any COURT type of legal work. The Para Legal skills are more for understanding general contracts and agreements the bands deal with on a daily basis. i.e. Granting the rights to use a bands T-Shirt in a movie. Plus the level of competency one would expect from a Para Legal that has ran an office is the level we're looking for.

We will be setting up a new office soon, so this job won't be at our current address above.
