Loews Hotels is seeking an experienced General Manager with pre-opening experience in an upscale independent restaurant to lead our new Culinary concept. As the General Manager for the Restaurant that "happens to be located at a hotel, but is not a hotel restaurant", you will be the driving force on the opening team and will be responsible for establishing the next best restaurant in Annapolis! Essential job responsibilities include pre-opening, talent selection, training, sales, and service of this 130 seat, three meal restaurant and room service.
