Job Description

Job Summary: Consult customers and guide them through the sales process. Follow up with sold/unsold customers daily. Maintain a CSI average above group average. Principle Duties and Responsibiities: Consult customers and help them narrow their choice in vehicles Follow the 10+1 step selling system to help the customers through the sales process Follow up with new customers who have not purchased yet Follow up wiht new customers who have bought to make sure they are taken care of Help with the day to day operations of the dealership (Balloons, markdowns, etc.) Place cars back on lot when through with customer who does not purchase Keep vehicles clean and maintain proper displays Qualifications/skills and Knowledge Requirements: Product knowledge - certification Knowledge of competitive vehicles Sales Process knowledge -> 10+1 Selling System Computer literacy a plus Good Communications Skills State Licensing Manufacturers certifications
